This solid brass whistle is a reproduction of a whistle originally made for Stanley Steamers of which only one or two originals are known. The originals were modifications of an early American train design and the chord and volume are guaranteed to have people looking for the tracks. Our design has an internal valve to make proper adjustment for your car easy. Designed to operate on 400-600 psi steam but we can modify it for lower pressures on air or steam upon request. Stem is machined with flare fitting for 3/8" feed line.18" tall with included mounting bracket.
15 and 30 Amp Tabletop Thermoformers:
Originally developed for a customer we made product packaging molds for that wanted to do their own short runs, these units make heat control and consistency easy for quick cycles with all common thermoformed materials up to 1/4” thick. 15 Amp unit has 10” by 10” finished size capacity and 30 Amp unit has 18” by 18” capacity. Additional speedframes with custom offsets for your standard piece sizes will reduce plastic waste and can make workflow with multiple pieces more efficient. Let us know if you need a reduced standard sheet size and your frame will come to you set up for quick loading without the need for wasted flanges.
